I think we're fine. I like their approach because the less moderation and officialism and the more free speech the better. Gotta keep out the assholes that just feel like spamming porn threads but I think this approach makes it have that more informal feel I really like.

If there's other intelligent (which is the argument, no one disputes other life) life out there why haven't we seen it yet. Any civilization nearly advanced as our would have to have some form of communication that would indirectly come into contact with us. If there is intelligent life it's so far removed that it's irrelevant or they're living in the stone age.
