@kidavenger: My guess is that it reflects the "one system that does everything" mentality of this steaming pile.

@CommanderZx2: Thanks for the info. Yeah, according to some of the recent comments on gameranx, that PCGamer review contains some straight-up misinformation. Nonetheless, reading that assassinations were cutscenes was disconcerting to say the least. Needless to say, I'm going to reserve judgement until I see more of the game.

"many of the assassinations you perform are pre-determined cutscenes in which Agent 47 fails to kill his target, rendering all of your work pointless."

I'll probably main Sub-Zero like I always have. Second and third: Scorpion and Smoke. I guess I dig ninjas.

Played it and filled out the survey. Man, it felt like it ended too soon after exploring the controls a little. The "F" key made the character fall down and when I got back up I was in first person shooter mode - which seemed more appropriate for some reason. Also, the way the gun opened up when firing the beam was cool. 

I don't think I've ever met anyone like that. Who the hell doesn't laugh when something is funny? Seems like a sociological disorder to me.
