Alright, I just did that. It's a bad time for it, though, since Football Manager 2010 has a free weekend and just showed up on my profile :P
 
Also, Peggle Nights' achievements show up, but they're not live -- nobody can get them. I'm the only one who's got them, too -- the achievement page says there's only one player. This would be a better thing to remove, since I don't think it'll stop showing up.

Is it intentional that you don't get the correspondence subquest for 1984 if a mod replies to a message you send? I can see reasons for both letting it happen and not, so I'd just like confirmation which.

Will that kill all the information and stuff that's already on my profile?

I've got a game on my achievement page that I have absolutely no idea how it got there - "Dreamkiller." Is there any way I can have it taken off?

It can be from any time, but try not to say 'I got this really hard achievement' -- make it count.
 
My favorite was when I took a day off a few summers ago and beat Super Mario World 100% without a guide. Still one of my favorite games ever.

So, this is half to ask politely for a mod to help me complete this quest set and half to ask if there's any lucky people out there who managed to get this quest out of the way without begging. Anyone at all?

Yesterday I put some time in and finally got the last achievement I needed in Braid to S-rank it. It's showing up on my user page as completed, now, but the progress bars in Game within a Game still say I'm at 1/3 (or whatever the particular completion is). Am I bugged?  
 
edit: the other game I have S-ranked is Fallout 3.

You can play steam games offline as long as you've downloaded and ran them before going offline. I'm unsure if you can get achievements offline, though. If worst comes to worst, you can always force ones you achieve to unlock with Gibbed's Achievement Manager (though obviously using that tool is only recommended if you're willing to suffer the rare and improbable consequences)

If I were a mod I'd just put on some music and click random threads and profiles for an hour.
