Open Simulator

Open Simulator (or OpenSim) has been in constant development since 2007 and can be downloaded from the OpenSim web site and used to set up your own virtual world in which to build the game you always wanted to build. OpenSim has many tools to work with right inside your world and is similar to Gary's mod in that respect.
