For those that are interested the stream is saved on Dota 2 - http://www.twitch.tv/gortag/c/3386518 where I certainly delivered on not playing well.

I am work as a Games User Researcher at Player Research in the UK, so I was using the tech we have in the office. Specifically the eyetracker was a Tobii device (the X2) - http://www.tobii.com/

Considering streaming Amnesia (which I have never played) with the same setup tonight (and at the same time tonight). Maybe.

Only time, and my biometrics, will tell :)

Thanks BD. Glad that it sounds interesting. I don't have heaps of time tonight, maybe for one or two games so I want to just see how it goes. Maybe I will drop you a line if things go well, otherwise another time!

Hi all,

At about 19:30 GMT (14:30 EST/11:30 PST) tonight (the 12th of December) I will be streaming myself playing Dota 2 while using an eye-tracker and also while hooked up to equipment to record skin conductance (which measures my bodies response to stress/arousal). Both of which will be shown on the stream live.

I am not a great player, but if you would like to see where a learner Dota 2 player looks when playing and/or what effect getting ganked has on a physiological response feel free to tune in here:

I may also stream at about the same time tomorrow night (depending on how things go tonight)

Ah, if only it had been made.

I knew some folks who were working on that movie and they were saying good stuff about it. At least they got a working Warthog out of it (fun to ride in I have heard.) and there are still (as far as I know) a bunch of props lying around Weta Workshop.
