That's Scott Manley, an astronomer, Youtube personality, and KSP mega-expert. He's done hundreds of KSP videos (and explains the science behind them) and is by far the most well known person in the KSP community. He's also really entertaining!
I stay up just to watch these a.s.a.p. when they are posted. I was rewarded with the amazing mono-flip-landing episode for my fandom. This is a good thing.
