I just finished reading the new PSN store update and, my, what an interesting update. For the PSP GO... a Whopping 103 games, not including Minis. Not a bad launch, SONY, maybe there's hope you yet. But, one thing that really stuck out was the prices. some games were coming out for 19.99 others for 14.99, but all of the new ones were around 40 bucks. Now, I'm no expert but isn't that what the going price for retail PSP games are? shouldn't games where you don't pay for packaging and transportation be cheaper? also, some of the MINIS' pricing were strange. 10 bucks for Tetris? I'll take it on the IPHONE for 5.
yesterday night, I went to see 9. the movie was alright but thats besides the point. in the arcade at the theatre, there was a guitar hero arcade system. upon playing it I realized that I had virtually the same game at home in guitar hero 3, but it got me thinking. maybe this was what bobby kotick was talking about when he mentioned an untethered guitar hero, free of a console. if so than, he had better rethink his plans as charging a dollar for 1 song is no way to run a business. even though it works out to be little less than buying the game, what about replaying song? if you think about it then, the deal sours.
