@theblue: Other than priority brave bird it does not have much to fear in getting ohkoed by one the only other one i can think of is vacuum wave or a mach punch but it won't be OHKOed by it and it most likely changed it type by then. In my opinion its not the best to put up the entry hazards you can get anther Pokemon to lay down spikes. Here is what I run on my protean Greninja that has with some help 6-0 teams ice beam, Scald, Grass knot, and HP fire that's my Special one my Physical one is rock slide, U-turn, waterfall, Shadow sneak, and the mixed I made is for doubles Mat block, Shadow sneak, Hydro pump, U-turn. out of all thoughs the only one that can't wipe out teams on ther own with minimal support is the mixed one.

The biggest threat I seen this gen is a protean Greninja but that could be that my shitty Pokemon can't deal with one even thought they can deal with all other threats like Mega Kangaskhan, Mega Gengar, and Talonflame as well as other threats but protean Greninja still stands as the only Pokemon that can effortless 6-0 my team.

I have been recently replaying it did the fade first if you find it completely unplayable you can get a mod that lets you skip it.
