@sombre: I think it's for 2 reasons:

1. The Miz makes everything he's involved with better these days so Shane isn't as awful as he has been at different times.

2. Shane really wants to entertain the fans and there is a bit of Nepotism going on.

The big thing is that he's not been pushed into title matches until this point since his return. Most of his time in the company has been doing dumb stunts and I've found his time since he came back has been fairly good.

@sombre: This is a very fun video. I wish we could get more of GB doing stuff with the stars of WWE. Especially since they are friends with some of the wrestlers now.

From what I've seen, we don't know if Arn leaving was on good terms or not so saying he was fired is hyperbole, unless there's stuff I haven't seen yet. I'm fine with TJP being gone. Hopefully they give his theme to someone who actually deserves it.

Well, all the goodwill Corey has with the fans is gone or Vince will see this and make him the top guy on commentary.

@sethmode: I use full of it to mean they are trying to work their fans that they have an amazing TV deal. This is still pro wrestling and it's still carny as bleep. Until they show me what their TV deal is, I'm saying they're working us.

AEW still hasn't done anything besides hint at a TV deal. I'm thinking they are full of it the longer they go without saying anything on this front.

With the Rumble being today, I just wanted to say this thread is the best. The Rumble is something I look forward to every year and it's made better by this group of wrestling fans. Thanks for being awesome everyone.

The NJPW stuff really sucks.

The Rumble seems like it'll be pretty good and Takeover looks like it will once again be excellent. It's been a pretty good week of wrestling so I'm excited for that to continue.

This Nigel doc is already really good and I'm only about 15 min in.

I personally don't think WWE is scared of AWE. They have always kept people who are under contract through their duration. AWE has no TV announced and until I see more its a vanity project for Khan and that's all.
