Tron 2.0

So, inspired by the recent release of the Tron: Legacy trailer, the gallery over at Dead End Thrills (

Enjoying it so far, the visuals have held up extremely well and look great at high resolutions. It plays very solidly and actually reminds me somewhat of a less intricate Deus Ex with all the system and skill upgrades you make on your character. Only the story leaves something to be desired, at least so far. It seems rushed and doesn't let you get to know the characters. In one instance, you meet (what I thought to be) a major character, spend exactly one level with her, and then they kill her off in a cutscene that I guess was supposed to elicit emotion, but falls very flat. However, the gameplay so far makes up for it, and I'm only a couple hours in so who knows what will unfold later on.
