I think Jeff and Brad are the only two in the group who are serious enough about winning to give it a good shot. They also have decent awareness and place shots well.
However, once they're sufficiently geared from the first/early second circle they need to be sticking together, hugging the edge of the circle and finding vantage points to take good fights from. Not looting well into the later circles, because all you're getting at that point are superfluous attachments and even more healing items you won't have time to use.
It honestly astonishes me that some of them have played over 100 hours and they still struggle so readily with shot placement and circle management. I really want them to do well but maybe they need to bring in Will Smith for a live crash course.
Exactly this...... they just loot wrong, they should focus loot on the first circle then play for good position not loot after that. you do not need perfect gear to win. but hey at least not having Dan around made it bearable to watch.
This is like my favourite feature on the site right now but its starting to become a little stale. I am really starting to think the need to bring in someone that is actually good at the game and can lead the squad a bit more forcefully, even when one or two of them get some good kills and play well in a game they never actually play well as a team, so it never really feels like they have a chance to win, which is a little bit of a letdown.
I really liked last weeks episode a lot as the crew seemed to be playing better but this week they seemed to regress back to spending forever looting then they would die in two seconds, a little disappointing but fun never the less.
