Wow...I think they probably should have got some more voice actors in to vary the pedestrians a little bit more. {Got nothing against Nolan North, I just think this shouldn't happen in the game}

Weed anyone? No? Okay...

Well to answer your question I have played a few games drunk ages ago, but I don't drink any more so I put never.
And to the people asking why some of us don't drink, I have my reasons...to be honest I think the question should really be turned the other way round, but that's just me.

Oh...see now I'm not sure whether your just being honest or whether your trying to belittle my comment and make it sound as though I go to school, which isn't true as I haven't been to school in years.
I'm gonna guess your just being honest and that I'm over analysing things because I'm tired. If that is the case, then I apologise for this comment.

Really? I've never heard of anyone using their phone for music.
"
Wow, really...do you mind me asking where your from? [Not being sarcastic or anything, just there are tons of phones that are purposely made for music playback...Sony Ericsson??? Samsung also had a phase of selling music phones at one point.] One of the reasons behind the lack of MP3 players is that most phones if not ALL current phones support MP3.

Anyway back to the question of whether new players are being released...depends what companies you follow...I use Cowon products myself as I can't stand MP3, I find they have really weak lows and overly compressed highs. Cowon products supports various media types which is perfect for me as I listen to FLAC mostly, and OGG files when I have limited storage. Also the Cowon iAudio is rated as one of the best sounding portable players year after year...fantastic piece of kit, they just need to release a version with a little more storage.

When I look at the market, I see two divisions...popular well known brands and brands that are not so well known. Division 1 includes brands like Apple, Samsung, Panasonic, Sony etc and unfortunately Apple has taken quite an aggressive approach and released model after model, [they are all pretty similar really just slight tweaks made each time] and the other companies feel the market isn't so safe right now. Maybe once Apple has stopped pushing products out the other brands will return, obviously Sony is holding on but that's what Sony does. I've also noticed that this division is all about storage and the size of the device...for example the working of the iPod OS has only been tweaked slightly in the past few years and the inbuilt tech [speakers, amp etc] have rarely changed stats wise. However the size of the HD and the size of the actual iPod has changed drastically since the iPod first launched.

On the other hand Division 2 has smaller brands which focus on the various users needs, for example what about the people who dont like MP3's...If you listen to enough music you will hear the changes between files types and also between hard media such as CD's and the beloved Vinyl.If you have and iPod you could install iPod linux, which I chose to do but I still found the iPod lacked punch. So for people like me [and there are actually quite a lot of them] we want something with greater sound quality, which is offered by companies such as Cowon.

Err...I'm not gonna continue as I've written way to much and from the comments I've read, no one here is that into sound quality. But to answer your question, yes media players have come out recently its just they are not big brand products.

I can see what you mean but you must remember that its been translated [as hakooon pointed out]. I also very much doubt that it is fake as its Jake Adelstein, if you check out any of his other work its all linked to the Yakuza and their involvement in illegal activity in Japan.

Also to the people who said thanks, your welcome.

Most of the stuff here is fantastic...Bill Hicks, Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, Dylan Moran, Ricky Gervais, Jason Manford, Sean Lock etc etc.

But want to add Bill Bailey and Lee Mack.

Definitely worth it, I bought the game when it came out and I only played MP for a week or so. However the campaign is just fantastic, but I will say it only took me 6 and a half hours on normal not sure how people got 10+ hours out of it unless they were playing on hard..as it took me around 9 or 10  when I replayed on hard. Eventually I hope to play through it on crushing and do some trophy hunting but I'm a little busy with other stuff.

Even if your not into replaying games, Uncharted 2 is a no-brainer...one of the best single player  experiences I've played.
