@Gabriel: Man, assuming you mean the one with the transforming d-pad, that thing works awesome with MKvsDCU. I'd imagine it works equally well with this game, but I'm still excited for my TE stick coming in tomorrow.
Alright, it's supposed to be here tomorrow! Not bad, since all they had was Two-Day Shipping available when I preordered and I thought I'd be getting it Thursday. It's actually only a few hours away right now...
Like fox said, they're all pretty well rounded; about the only archetype you can assign if fast/slow. MK fighters have always been defined by their specials, at least to me.
I've always liked Shang Tsung's style, so I'll definitely be giving him a go first. But there will probably be a good few I rotate on a consistent basis.
@CaptainTryHard: I haven't seen the whole stream, but I honestly don't like that MS seems to have merged the "report" and "avoid" stuff. When playing SFIV, there were players who I felt were really cheesy and didn't want to get matched up with again, but I wasn't going to report them since they hadn't done anything wrong. When I found out I couldn't avoid someone without leaving bad feedback, I just had to deal with getting matched up again and again or signing off and coming back later. Annoying.
