If you are a Metroid fan of any kind, whether it was the prime series or one of the side scroller installments that drew you in.... Go get it. NOW! Note that if you're not into retro games, you might not be too into the graphics of this game... at all. Pulled straight from my review on YoYo Games: First, the graphics. The graphics aren't amazing by console or pc or any kind of budgeted standard. This is now irrelevant, because there was no "budget" that I know of, for this game. Disclaimer: I'm writing this review a couple of weeks after returning the game, and there are some minor spoilers. Alright, so I made the stupidass mistake of subscribing to a Movie Gallery, rather than GameFly. But one of the games i happened to rent, was in fact, Star Ocean: The Last Hope.
