I clocked in at ~29 hours on Veteran. Didn't read all the codex, but I got almost all of the Nebulas (and other systems) at 100%. I did get about 7 hours into a vanguard playthrough before restarting - I think they wrecked the class. Did every loyalty quest, did almost all upgrades except for the Heavy Pistol, Assault Rifle, and Shotgun upgrades.
