I always said that if I was to buy an Xbox 360, it would be for Live Arcade. Castle Crashers, specifically. Then, they announced Castle Crashers for PS3 so I tucked the idea way in my pocket. I had not other reason for really wanting one till Mass Effect 2...but then I remembered they were remaking Perfect Dark. The X10 footage of the game made my mind up instantly, I am buying an 360. Just to play a N64 game that I still play to this day. Only now, I can play it without the aching lag/framerate issues. Also, Mass Effect 2. Oh...and GameRoom. So I shall make that purchase soon and stop making posts about my dilly-dallying!

Nope, I'd just play it on the original console but nostalgia doesn't mean much to me and I'd rather play better looking games with better controls.

If you are going to get mass effect 2 for the 360, might as well finish the first one before hand. some of the default choices are less than popular, also dead rising!

Xbox 360 is still next gen?  I thought it was current gen.
 
On Topic:  I have not.  When I buy a new console, I look at all the new games they have on the system.  If an old game does appear to be on the console then I will probably end up getting it as well for old time sakes.

@jaffaz a few of the decisions make a big impact on the universe, most not, but they still make the experience very personal, in my opinion the game experience is greatly enhanced because of this.

Emulators my friend. Get them and the roms too.
