Enjoyed the demo, liked the nods to the original. I might give it another go in it's 'Classic' mode just to see how differently it plays.

Man this game looks like my kinda thing. Bonus that it's set in my hometown, which I don't often get to see.

Wipeout 2097/XL was so distinctive, I don't think it will ever be beat. I remember playing Wipeout Fusion on the PS2, and while I liked the ideas such as upgrading your ship, and the track designs. Something about it just didn't feel right... it was then where I lost interest in the franchise. Zone mode looks cool though! Might pick these up if the price is right.
