I'm a big believer in holistic medicine and its importance to overall health, so much so that I feel like every person should have access to seeing a holistic therapist because it's necessary for long-term survival these days. It's more effective to go into treatment with an open mind and fully understanding what might be involved like side effects from any medicines prescribed versus the pros of getting well. You should only do it if it's necessary but when you need help sometimes there isn't another option when all other methods have failed.
