@JoeH: But would the interface controls not get old after a couple of days of using it? It just seems like a gimmick because it'll be cool the first week but I will guarantee everyone will go back to using the controller. Humans have not been trained to interact that way with computers, it is why voice technology has never caught on with computers. At least not until comps can talk back in natural way like Jarvis in the Iron Man movies.
Who is buying Kinect? And for what purpose? They showed zero reason for hardcore gamers to buy it, and at the rumoured $150 it is to expensive to buy "just because". The whole no controller thing is stupid, is anyone really complaining that the Wii-mote is to complex? And does anyone who wants those mini-game crap not have a Wii already? Are those people willing to spend money for a 360 and Kinect? The last 2/3rds of the show was dedicated to a market that doesn't exist, people who think the Wii is to complex.
