You’re a tremendous writer, Alex, and I’m so sorry for your losses. I lost my own cat of roughly 12 years during this mess as well, without being totally prepared for it. Loss makes life worth seizing, but as it’s happening, it is truly the worst. I’m glad there are games out there that can externalize these inner states.
One reason some people above me can’t both sides this is because only one group stormed the frigging capitol and planted pipe bombs in the building. I mean jesus h christ.

Wasn't on Game Informer's list but I'd say Wide Ocean Big Jacket, for a shorter narrative game, was pretty excellent, and I remember there being a QL on the site
