Someone was able to get a new app based on this published to the LG store. The published version is called Chewiebomb. Enjoy!

@ceen: Thanks so much. The videos aren't great quality but hopefully I should be able to track down those issues.

They did eventually get back to me a few weeks ago. Unfortunately they failed the app for a number of issues. They sent me an xlsx file with some notes on things I need to fix, but I can't really figure out what they mean by some of it. It looks like the xlsx file has embedded WMV videos but I haven't been able to open them. The only version of excel I have is for Mac and it doesn't recognise the embeds.

If any of you are excel pros and know how to get those videos out of this file that would be a massive help and I might be able to figure out how to fix the issues.

I'm still waiting for LG to approve it. I emailed them to ask what the hold up was and they said they are prepping for a new version of webos so it's taking longer at the moment. They said it usually takes about 2 weeks and they've had it for nearly 4 weeks now, so hopefully not too much longer.

Crazy that it takes them 4 weeks to test an app I wrote in 1 week.

I always liked the Steeleye Span version of Gaudete. It's a medieval hymn from Europe and sounds like something that could have been in Assassin's Creed or a movie like Excalibur.

Rogue Legacy was the only one I ever got into. I tried Spelunky a few times but without having that progression system it didn't really grab me.

There's a game on steam called Legend of Dungeon that works with the HTC Vive. I have that one and play it in VR sometimes which is a cool experience. It doesn't have any progression system either, but you can get lucky and find a powerful weapon early on which helps you get deeper into the game. It has 4 player local co-op as well, but I've never tried that.

I'm having the same issue. It has broken my application. Changing filter=video_show to filter=show doesn't seem to work either.

Nice. I caught it. Cheesed it up, though. Don't really get much out of these so I'm just doing it for the suits.

I didn't know you could shoot those power strips. I only recently realized you could shoot the surveillance computers. The prompts on everything kinda trained me into thinking you need to do it in the "designed" way. Starting to realize there are many things I can just fucking shoot. lol

I might be wrong but I think if it says to use a screwdriver or a wrench you can usually just shoot it, so power strips, propane tanks, patio heaters etc you can shoot. If it says to use a crowbar you need to use explosives to do it remotely.

One of my favourite tricks is to find the propane tank you can carry, take it somewhere private and shoot it once to cause a leak (a second shot will explode it). Then carry the leaking tank back to where your target goes for a smoke and just leave it there. They seem to never run out of gas and nobody cares if you're carrying around a tank that's leaking gas everywhere.

I was one of those weirdos who actually preferred the first Dune over Dune II on PC. It was like a cross between an adventure game and turn based strategy. So you had to go to various places as Paul, talk to the Fremen and become Muad'Dib. But you also had to send units around the map, equip them with weapons and so on to take over the Harkonnen bases.

There was a game I played on my friend's PS1 back in the day, but I've never been able to find out what it was called. It was like a 3D arena combat game with 2 or 3 small wizard characters shooting spells at each other while running around. The closest thing I've been able to find to it is a game called The Unholy War, but I don't think that's it.
