so for now I got Dragon Age and Gears 2 from Blockbuster. I'll hang with those for a bit.

then probably try Borderlands.

In the interest of not cluttering the board with new threads, I'll go ahead and use this one to state that my Gamertag is JMadFour and you guys can add me as a friend if you like.  is there an official Friend Request thread already where people can post their Gamertags and find people to play games with?

I have both Facebook and Twitter, but I don't really use them all that much.

really, really looking forward to getting an invite for Google+.

Giant Bomb has some neat social networking features I think.

@JMad4:  just games on the 360?
this one.  I've been totally detached from gaming in general for a few years now.

wow, lots of responses already.

well, I had to get rid of my original 360 right around the time Battlefield: Bad Company came out, in like 2008 or so...maybe early 2009. and I have not had one since.  so I've played stuff like Gears 1, Halo 3, Mass Effect 1, Bioshock, etc.  but I've missed everything after. all the sequels and whatnot.

oh, and Gears 1 MP was the worst. blind shotgun spammyfest For Teh Lose. (wait, do gamers still say For Teh Lose? God I've been out of gaming for way too long)

Hey all.

Bought a refurbished 360 Pro from Gamestop (*Rick James Voice* 99 bucks is a hell of a price).

I am renting Dragon Age Origins from Blockbuster Online to start, but I am wondering, of all the great 360 games that have come out, what do I buy first? thoughts?

and does the 360 have any MMO-ish titles yet? I know Sony is trying them on the PS3, was wondering if Microsoft is doing the same...

oh, and HI. I'm new to Giant Bomb.
