This is equivalent to the manspaning smile guys tell girls as if their suppose to smile to meet your criteria of a look you enjoy. BEN doesnt need to sleep if he doesnt want to. He looks how he feels like no need for him do down espressos so he can look good for your benefit.
Always felt that the 16 bit era nostalgia was used cause its easier and older foke love thinking of their time as a kid when games to them WERE better. But as someone who grew up with playstation being their first big thing i love chippy old school retro graphics. THe type where you know the playstation is trying its hardest to make you imagine the game looking good as it blends colors that cant seem to stop moving. Wish more games that took a take on playstation 1 and n64 graphics. Hope the team takes a look at this nostalgic gem.
I think of Andrew Reiner from Game Informer as an analog to Jeff. Same type of absurd encyclopedic knowledge about games... with none of the worn out, beat-ass cynicism and lack of patience. I have no idea how he is not totally jaded, after all the games he has played. The dude puts out a list each year of every game he has FINISHED. It generally dwarfs the number of games Jeff has even played. Again... I am sure I am being overly harsh, but I really do love GB. I just need to say my piece as a paying customer. Would love to hear Jeff's thoughts on games he actually dives into... as opposed to the most superficial criticism that really doesn't hold any value to me... or anyone else, if they are being truthful.
I lived my life for 60 years. I didnt get tired of it yet. Jeff's personality isnt cynical or critical as fans put it cause he just turned that way from playing too much games for years or being too old or being too smart or knowledgeable as he pulled the curtain and learned the truth of game design. He is literally just like how he is in the cast. He said several times that he doesnt show up for camera and he just doesnt find the games right now that great. He doesnt have as much time to dive into something that doesnt knock his socks off right away anymore with a wife and possibly children soon. Overall thou this has always been his personality just watch old cast and see. also watch how aggressive you get. constructive criticism is ok but this might get you bann.

Its just a plot device so that goku's friends could get screen time. Same reason In one punch man (show where the main character can beat anyone in one punch) makes it so other characters struggle and wait till the main guy who will beat people shows up. Think about it. If goku did show up thed just win.
