his barracks starts at around 1:30, the same moment you get there. a barracks takes 60seconds to build. his barracks was done at 2:30. this is also when his wall-in was done. a marine was out 25 minutes later.
If you had scouted on 13 you still would've been able to get in before the wall-in was done. It takes a probe about 40 seconds to get to the other guys's base on xel'naga. 13 is still a little late. but a 12 scout would've done fine, and you would've gotten a lot more information.
edit: also, if you scout on 9 and see a refinery being up, how can you really react diffrently, then if you see it 30 seconds later? your gateway isn't up yet, so you have no other choicen then to wait for it to finish anyway.
@imsh_pl: is always after barracks anyway, and how often are you going to see it the second it goes down. better too wait with the probe scout another 30 seconds and scout when he has everything in motions rather then a half of a regular opening which tells you jack shit.
Don't scout on 9 probe on zel'naga. you aren't going to get any information other then a suply depot being up, and a barracks under way.
Also, the dude had 3 barracks, if you can't hold off 3 racks constantly producing marines after a failed all-in you are terrible. I don't see what the problem is.
This game is great. Have put 15 hours into the campaign at this moment and i'm enjoying it.
Have gotten to level 6 online, managed to get a streak of 5 going at one point. Artifacts are great. Playing as the elves with that fast growing walls, or unlimited reinforcements as human dude is awesome.
I'm a little behind on the curve and this fable 3 forum is pretty dead, I'm trying to get the Legendary Weapon achievement and i was wondering if anyone had a few spare weapons they could gift me, or if anyone wants to trade.
In my shops i have: The Splade Defender of the Faith The bonesmasher Mallett's mallett Merchant's bodyguard Lunarum Pounder Raver industries perforator Scattershot
They are about the same. My first char in DA2 spent close to 30 hours to complete it, and my first character in DAO took a little over 30 hours. If you include DLC, Origins is probably a lot longer considering it has quite a lot of downloadable crap.
