After a brief hiatus due to PC building and a operation I'm back to upload more screenshots and get involved!
Heres a few screenshots I took while trying out Grid 2 on Ultra settings.
Theres a few screenshots, I'll be playing around with settings and working to get the game looking as nice in screenshots as playing it. Thoughts appreciated as always!
After being invited to the Forza Rewards beta I recieved my first Unicorn car for Horizon, the MX5 Superlight. It's a gorgeous car and handles pretty darn well! Its very minimal with no roof and simple styling, your totally out in the elements. It looks awesome! I figured I'd take some photos of it around Horizon and show it off for you guys!
Its a gorgeous looking car, and I'm really enjoying driving it. If anyone wants to cruise on Horizon or join my car club so you can drive it, feel free to add me! KloakinDevice is my Gamertag and the teams called Japan RDA.
This is part 2 to my Forza Motorsport Painter Spotlights series, Featuring Doggies Garage painter URC Fightdogg.
Part 1 can be found here : http://www.giantbomb.com/profile/kloakindevice/blog/forza-motorsport-4-deft-works-subaru-duel/102354/ or via the blog tab.
I found Fightdogg through Deft Work's Facebook page a few weeks back and contacted him straight away saying how impressive the detail and shading was on his cars. Some of the cars i drive most on Fm4 are covered in his Liveries including this 2008 Subaru WRX in the Varis livery. It features a very well produced widebody kit and carbon clad boot, roof, bonnet and bumper, the cars painted in a striking yellow and looks great racing on any track. I'm hoping to work more with Fightdogg in the future and get some multicar racing photographed with all of his liveries. But for now you can enjoy the snapshots of this great Varis WRX.
Heres a set of photos showing the WRX waiting to blast around the Motegi Circuit
This livery is available on the Storefront now if you search for Doggies Garage or URC Fightdogg
Enjoy!
That was part 2 of my Forza Painter Spotlight series, I'll try to upload more regularly. Thoughts and feedback appreciated as always.
One thing i've always loved about the Forza series is the paint editor, I've spent many hours painting designs and making replicas I love. The amount of time some painters put in is crazy and the levels of detail they produce on the cars can be truly incredible! I follow a few really high quality Forza car painters on Facebook, 2 of my personal favourites are DAVBAT (Deft Works) and URC Fightdogg (Doggies Garage). They are both incredible painters and i decided i should work on another photo series showing off their paints as i do some races and play around with the photo editor.
The first set of photos I'm showing you all is the Subaru vs Subaru cruise on Fujimi Kaido, both painted up in great liveries by Deft Works. It features a 2008 Impreza (Original Rundace Livery) and a 2004 Impreza (Original Runduce Livery)
Both Liveries are available on the Storefront if you search for DAVBAT or Deft Works
Enjoy!
Theres the first part in the series of car paint features I'll be doing on here, Thoughts and Feedback appreciated as always.
Big thanks to DAVBAT for producing such incredible liveries, and ChubbyWaffle2k1 for driving the 08 Subaru
I jumped back onto Wipeout HD last night and took a few shots. The photo mode is rather restrictive compared to something like Gt5 or Horizon but its still good enough to take some awesome shots. So here you go!
Theres a few shots for you guys, I'll keep doing these every so often and build up a massive screenshot library over time.
I forgot how cool the photo mode was and i went back and visited a few of my old shots. I might well start taking some more as theres a few cars i want to capture well on GT5, heres 5 shots of mine that I think show off some sweet cars and cool photography. Feedback appreciated
Theres 5 teaser shots showing off the sort of stuff i shoot in the game, if you like any of the photos please do share some feedback.
I was recently cruising around in Horizon when i stumbled across another F40, I decided to follow it around and take some snaps. The shots were looking rather nice so I thought i'd share them here for you guys to see!
After spending alot of time cruising around and taking photos in the editor, i thought that it would be cool to document some of the different scenery in Horizon. I had a play around and decided on starting out with the Dock yards. I tried to take some photos that include objects that define the Dockyard from others.
Situated in North Carson near the I - 70, the area remains empty of life. Other than the occasional racer the area stays dead. The streets are wide and open, ready for freight to be moved to and fro. The only thing bringing people here is the Outpost on the outer edge of the yard and the orange wristband race Edifice Carson Challenge.
The race attracts alot of traffic from Racers, Quattro's, WRX's and Volkswagens blast through the area ready for the Carson Challenge. The areas also used for Playground Games like Cat and Mouse, King and Infection. Darting through the crates and buildings makes it a great area for intense chases.
That was my first try at doing a look a location in Forza Horizon. If people enjoy these quick insights i'll make it my aim to produce one every few days till i've got all the interesting locations covered!
