@bill_mcneal: As someone who worked at a very busy GameStop for years until they fucked me royally on pandemic-related stuff, 100% this - only way more for the Funko POP assholes, our card clientele were mostly chill since it was before the vintage box breaks blew up the Pokemon TCG scene again.
There were dickheads that would pre-order 25+ of the same Funko POP clearly for reselling, effectively demand that we bring them all out from the back room so they could inspect them and only buy however many were in pristine condition. There were a handful of chill folks - exclusively the ones who were buying for personal collections - but even that was a coinflip more often than not.
The Rugrats game Abby is talking about is Rugrats: Search for Reptar. There should definitely be a Playdate on that game 'cause it has a full-on horror level and the ending is magical.
