So, had to use pay by credit card as a guest,with multiple tries for gamersgate to accept my payment. (for anyone considering buying from them)

Each giftable copy of TL2 can only be activated on one account, so if you are sending 2 copies to the same person, he would have to create another gamersgate account to view the 2nd key. 2nd copy (or more) will show as giftable.
