Having never seen Snatcher before, I can now immediately identify where Read Only Memories got, like, 150% of its inspiration. Luckily, ROM is actually playable and not incredibly slow. :v
Is it strange that I feel proud of these guys? This game has a really brutal learning curve (not quite Dwarf Fortress, but close) if you don't know what you're doing. A lot of people get frustrated and quit, but because these guys set a goal for themselves they stuck with it and it's really fun to watch them slowly learn all the quirks and intricacies of orbital mechanics. There's certainly a lot less of me thinking "oh my god vinny no" than there used to be!
I've got more hours in this game than I'd like to admit and this series is both incredibly painful and incredibly hilarious to watch. I'd provide advice but I doubt its wanted- after all, the fun is watching them try and figure this stuff out! It's a bit disconcerting hearing them say the word "Munshot" over and over again, since my name is a pun on "moonshot" in the first place.

You can change the color of your lights by right clicking them in the editor.
