I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the final boss of Borderlands. HUGE let down for me, and my friends I was playing the game with.

You might be thinking of the TV show Walking with Dinosaurs, which gave a handful of small and medium sized theropods feathers. But not t-rexes, cus they weren't ready to ruin the mythology yet. "

the fall of 2009 i stopped playing games for months on end. got completely bored with it. and then I found Modern Warfare 2. I know it makes me sound like  COD fanboy, but it really got me back into gaming. I can't stand black ops now, but still play it when a buddy comes over or something. But MW2 definitely got me back into the gaming scene

Triceratops turned out to just be young skeletons for Torosaurous. So its not that they don't exist anymore so much as triceratops and torosaurus now refer to the same animal. "
