@YoThatLimp: There is both a button, and a switch. I never knew my laptop had this switch. I must have accidentally switched it off.

I feel so retarded right now.

@BraveToaster: I have, but it's going to take around 48 hours for them to get back to me.

@Zelyre: How do I go into Bios?

@YoThatLimp: @Szlifier:

Then I went and pressed the Wireless button on my laptop in case I had hit it by accident.

@Vextroid: No errors, and no, it does not un-white out the options.

I called my local NCIX, and they said I might need to reinstall Windows 7. Does that sound right? And how would I do that without the discs?

@DrPockets000: I've done all of that, and nothing has changed. It won't even detect anything is wrong when I run internet diagnostics.

@Skald: It says Wireless is turned off, but the actual "Turn Wireless On" button has been whited out, so I can't do anything. =/

Hey, guys! I've been having troubles with my laptop for the past 30 minutes, and I haven't been able to find any solution for this online. Hopefully, you guys can help me out, so I don't have to email Asus support.

Anyway, I was browsing the internet when I lost my internet connection, and my mouse stopped working. Since my mouse was almost dead on batteries anyway, I checked every internet-capable device in the house, and every single one of them was fine. My router was fine as well. Then I went and pressed the Wireless button on my laptop in case I had hit it by accident.

Turns out that both my WiFi and Bluetooth were OFF, but no matter what I do, I can't turn them back on again.

Does anyone know what I can do about this? I'm running Windows 7 on an Asus N53SV
