I really think the double jump has instilled bad habits in Dan. He uses the double jump for all his evasion rather than the slide. There are moments, such as the "dolphin" boss where Vinny survives no problem with slides while Dan almost always does because he jumps into the boss.
Also I have not finished the video yet so maybe this is the run.
@artisanbreads: My point isn't that we are finally getting the rivalry as much as a retrospective on where we thought these two were going. No one has ever been able to consistently challenge LeBron and Durant and the Thunder seemed like the perfect foil. It was more about just commenting on how even though we are finally getting another LeBron vs. Durant clash in the Finals it ultimately doesn't have the same gravity as it would have if the Thunder stayed together and consistently clashed with LeBron.
The other thing I wanted to do was just for personal reasons. Generally when I write about basketball I am very numbers oriented. I want to know eFG%, on/off splits, ortg, dtrg and so on. I wanted to try to do something else less focused on stats.
@shorap: It ran fine for me on PC. I played most of the game with an i7 4770k, GTX 960 and 8GB RAM on Windows 10. Every once in a while I would get a frame rate hiccup but otherwise ran excellent.
@billygoat117: Thanks. Generally my first playthrough is the "Me" run making decisions as I think I would. After that is when I start to try to form characters to roleplay before starting so I think I will probably do the same for Andromeda.
@doctorchimp: I think you are misinterpreting how I am using casual. I don't mean casual in the sense that a game like Angry Birds is considered casual. When I say casual I mean it's not focused on the hyper-competitive win at all costs mentality that generally exists in competitive multiplayer games. The way they present the game and the way they relay your place in it makes it something that is easier to jump into and enjoy than something like Call of Duty where the focus is immediately on winning and competition. A lot of people who aren't competitive shooter fans (including personalities on this site) have gotten hooked by Overwatch thanks in large part to the more laid back vibe it gives off.
@artisanbreads: I think if you are Boston and you can get that Whiteside deal you have to take it. Crowder is nice but this team right now isn't going to compete for a title. And a rookie isn't changing that especially when the projected top picks play the same position as your best player. Whiteside is a better player than Crowder.
Also that draft pick is only going to lose value. Picks are more valuable than players (unless it's a franchise player) and if that pick doesn't become #1 then it's less valuable down the road. If they want to maximize the value of it they need to deal it before the deadline.
