@pixel_kaiser: I had trouble with the player on my old PC and before that when I relied on a PS3, just download the files instead, I'll still play some GB content in VLC since it can play at a higher speed.
-The timer on the portal seems pointless. Why not just have the portal open when the boss dies? Occasionally you make pretty quick work of the boss and then you're just standing around because you can't even leave the circle to hunt for things you missed.
I noticed this, but I believe it's so that when you think you are ready, you are locked in and can't retreat and open chests until the teleporter hits 100%.
As for the co-op, I agree it could be more 'random co-op' friendly with designated drops like Diablo 3 (maybe with the ping tool able to 'gift' your drop) but with so many boxes/drones to buy it's not too bad unlike Borderlands where everyone knew the location of each chest or would sprint to the boss, skip the intro and kill them before you'd even got your bearings.
@vinny 1 Billion Seconds of GB content is almost 32 years, how time flies! On a serious note, we all forget just how hard it is to perceive how rich a billionaire is, how far away stars are or even scaling back to millions how long apart different dinosaurs lived.
@mistercoke: I've also thought controller and keyboard sounds are more noticeable than GBEast and Ben seems so much louder than anyone else I have to turn the volume down. I always used to watch GB and Youtube on my PS3 or TV so button clicks never bothered me, now I use headphones more on PC (though still on the TV) it's sometimes overbearing.
@dasakamov: I don't know what you mean by "the working class might find the cuteness off-putting" but you're right that there is a place for murer, mutilation and 'messed up' media aimed at kids older than 6, look how messed up most fairy tales are. If kids are kept in a bubble away from 'Stand by Me, the Goonies and perhaps Robocop, they may go wild when older, or simply resent their parents. I seem to remember hearing someone on a podcast a while ago lamenting how much pop culture they had missed as a kid.
