Such a shame that practically no one on this staff played Persona 5. Style is something that needs to be experienced, and it is obvious they dismiss it at the end just because they haven't played it.
I just wish Nintendo would stop being so far behind technically on consoles and just let their IPs go on other platforms. That frame rate is a nightmare, imagine how beautiful this could be on a PC or hell even an XB1/PS4
i'd rather have something interesting, unique, and useful like the switch rather than have them slowly fading into obscurity pounding out sequels to their franchises on the same old drab grey boxes.
What a stupid comment. What is useful about the switch compared to a PS4/Xbox? Cool, you can store your controllers on the side of it. I hope that is worth a whole lot less processing power and unknown online.

Can you argue his point, or are you just going to resort to snarky comments? If he was as negative as you claim (you also pointed out that hates anything new), surely such titles wouldn't receive such praise. Jeff loved Let It Die, Titanfall 2, NiOh, and Horizon. Three of those four titles are new IP. If by defending Jeff you mean stating facts, then sure.
I'm not arguing with anyone. And "Everything" is obvious hyperbole. He's just negative and authoritative, it's what I see, and it grates on me. I'm not here to argue it.
Then leave. Just because you don't like one person's opinion doesn't mean the rest of us don't appreciate it. Personally I am thankful for his viewpoint. What good is it when everyone is always fawning over the next newest and greatest game? It is good to have both sides of the spectrum.
