@sammo21: Uncharted 4? Last of Us Remastered? Bloodborne(basically another Dark Souls)? Ratchet and Clank? Little Big Planet 3? Killzone 4? Infamous 3? But you are right. Microsoft making a new Halo, a new Gears game, and more Forza games is them going back to the well one too many times.

Its so weird because I feel like they are saying, "For the first 5 hours I loved the game, its systems, how it plays" etc, and then when the game tells them "Hey, go play more and explore to do the next thing" they get upset. The game looks a little janky but they both said they kind of liked that about it. I don't really understand the jump from, we like the gameplay, to we hate the game because it wants us to play it.

EDIT: That doesn't excuse the bugs and technical mishaps though, but it seems like an odd argument for why the game goes from being great to shit.
