@49th: No difference between EA and released, it's just a title they slap on to excuse bugs.

What is the deal with the sex stuff in Mass Effect? It doesn't need to be in the game, it's just embarrassing and lame... it undermines the tone of what the game should have.... I hate Bioware, they suck.

This is the score I was thinking, I'm glad Brad gave it a score that reflected his views.

I've said for years Bioware do not make good games, every point I've ever listed to why is in ME:A, but also in all their games. I don't understand why the backlash only just happened now, I'm going to guess it's because they could get away with it in previous eras, but now it just sticks out so much in 2017 with all the amazing games we have to play.

They've always had bad combat, always had bad level design, always had bad animations, their stories have always been the same old cliches. Story in all their games is told in shot reverse shot, with no movement, just static characters standing there. They've always had the problem of picking dialogue, then it being completely different when it's actually spoken.

Mass Effect was never good, it was a good premise, had some good music and moments in 2 like dying in the opening were good, but when you break the games down, they're terrible. I didn't feel invested in any characters either, I still don't get why they have to do the really poorly executed romance scenes. The dialogue has always been so odd and awkward, it's like they say two sentences and it ends up with them having sex...

The only Bioware game I've ever enjoyed was Dragon Age, but they even ruined what made that game great in 2 and Inquisition.

As for Kotor, it was horrible broken, it had horrible combat and it was such a bad port to pc... no idea why people liked it as it played like crap.... to the point where the iPad version is better as you expect crap controls there.

The stuff Certain Bioware staff have been saying in the run up to launch just tells you all you need to know. One of them was a writer on the game and she has no actual talent for it.

VR is still lame, I'm starting to think we'll never have a killer app.

Mass Effect has always been trash, I don't get why people are surprised that this game has all the same issues of the previous ones, and then some. The combat has always sucked, the animations have always sucked, the A.I has always sucked, the level design has always sucked and the story has always been shallow and cliche.

They just cannot get away with it beyond the 360 era. I mean Dragon Age Inquisition should have been warning enough.

I'll usually drink about 10 pints on a night out here in the UK, that used to be the norm, but now people are becoming health conscious and drinking less like in the us.
