Per the advice given out by an emailer on the 9-17 Bombcast, I've been calling around to different retailers trying to find low volume and ultra low volume stores where I live in Phoenix for the best chance to grab an XB1 or PS4 shortly after launch. Every manager I speak to says that they are not allowed to give out that information.
Have any of you had luck using this approach and, if so, which retailers were cooperative? Do any of you work for a store like Target, Best Buy, etc. and want to weigh in on this strategy?
Hi, all I'm signing up for a premium memberbship and am wondering if any of you download GB videos (quicklooks, etc) and put them on your iPad for later viewing. I travel a lot, so it would be nice to catch up with some of this stuff on a plane.
Are the videos in HD? Do they look alright on an iPad or are they more formatted for smaller smartphones? Thanks!
Is it possible that you missed somewhere on the package where it said it was used? If not, and you used a credit card to buy the game at the "new" price, then I would dispute the charge and try to have it canceled. You should call Gamestop first to let them know, because maybe they'll back out and give you the proper game and also because the credit card companies want you to do everything possible on your end before canceling it. If the product they gave you was not the one they charged you for, then you're under no obligation to pay for it!
