Never heard of the Video Games Voters Network before, but apparently they've got Stan Lee speaking for them.

Choice quotes:

" Substitute video games for comic books and you've got a 21st century replay of the craziness of the 1950s."

"Why does this matter? Because if you restrict sales of video games, you're chipping away at our First Amendment rights to free speech and opening the door to restrictions on books and movies. "

It's nice to see anyone over 35 (in this case, way over) speak positively about video games.

Maybe it's just the trailer, but the other-worldly stuff seems sort of nonsensical, where the Persona games seem to have their own logic. DP never made an attempt to really explain the stuff Zach/York sees/does.

Who knows, maybe the game itself will have its own logic and explain everything. I'm probably reading too much into the trailer.

I just saw another trailer for Catherine on Famitsu.

I'm struck with the thought that Catherine is Persona meets Deadly Premonition..... thus making it the greatest game of all time.

Probably not the first to think of this, but hell, you're the only people who would know what I'm talking about.

I had some fun playing case zero, but still not sure if I'm going to pick up Dead Rising 2.

And it looks like Yakuza 4 will be a zombie survival game. It will obviously be a long time before it comes over here (if it does at all). Will you be ready for another zombie game by then? Are zombies overplayed?

I guess it was dumb bad luck, but when I bought the latest Layton on Sunday, the cartridge was busted.

Luckily, I was too lazy to take the receipt out of my wallet, so I'm gonna be able to exchange it. And I got it at the Nintendo World store, so they've got copies. I've heard it's hard to find.

i've been fucking buying nintendo handheld games since the first gameboy, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Guess I've just been lucky till now.
