I admit that I've only read/watched a couple of reviews but both of them didn't have anything positive to say about the MyCareer mode. I'm really enjoying it. It's incredibly cheesy, but pretty satisfying.

MMmmm. I think with the Vita, Sony's hand was forced to offer up newer free games to sell systems. As the PS4 seems to be selling really well, I think we can expect a slightly different model for PS+ than we've been used to.

That is to say, I think the majority of free stuff will be indies a la Contrast. And we will get truncated versions of retail PS4 games (see Driveclub PS+ Edition). And within the year, I imagine Gaikai will be playing a huge part of the PS+ instant game collection.
