@slashdance: Have they done anything immoral or unethical? It's fine to be paranoid but there have been a lot of leaps from entertainment product to dystopian future. I don't understand why you think my argument is a "complete fallacy". There are viable alternatives to the Xbox One in the PS4 and PC.

I've not experienced any of this I suspected it was going to be a rough few days so I downloaded more than enough stuff to watch in the interim.
Fail to plan plan to fail (We where all warned). I Don't want any kind of reimbursement I pay my money to keep those guys doing quick looks and the bombcast the subscriber stuff is just a sweet bonus.
I made the switch recently, PC just has a bit more variety and I found that I was paying for Xbox live but not actually using it. Also games are generally cheaper on the PC and look better.
With controller support being more of a thing on PC it's defiantly made switching easier.
