I've got a lot of respect for Jeff but often disagree with his reviews, and I'm OK with that. That's one of the great things about this site: the coverage is very personal and doesn't seek to be authoritive. Still plan on picking this up with an open mind.

Chapter 2 probably has all the best cutscenes in the game, but admittedly some of the worst missions. It'll be a shame if they don't see it through to the end though, the final stretch is a real showcase of kojima's genius and depressing exhibit of konami's creative sabotage.

I've felt like editorial has taken somewhat of a backseat to video content in recent times. It'll be great to have more walls of long form to consume.

Yeah the fact that ubi are basically not showing the console versions at all is bit of a fucking worry, hey.

After MGSV putting in a locked 60 in almost exactly this kind of game, it's going to be pretty jarring going to the chugged ass sub-30 I'm kinda dreading this will run at.

@gizmo88: I use AdBlock with no issues. True of Safari and Chrome.

Have they actually made any announcement around console framerate? All the pre-release footage is from PC at 60, I dunno if I can go back to 30 with this kind of game since mgsv.
