@ManiacMaysin I've had no problem running the game on my computer, and neither did my friend I'm playing coop with. Maybe it's an isolated issue?

Apparently you can get them by playing the game, but I'm completely sure.

The problem wasn't that the keys were given late, the problem was the lack of communication. If they had communicated with the people who gave them money at all, there wouldn't have been a problem. Unfortunately, for whatever reason they chose to completely ignore the concerns of the people that purchased Saints Row from them. As such, I know that I will not be dealing with them again. They may be perfectly legitimate and rarely have issues, but this entire situation made it clear that when there is an issue, they avoid it.
