I felt like I was never able to get on track today.  I woke up with an aching back so I made an appoint to see the massage therapist.  After half an hour of good "torture" I just lost all motivation for the rest of the day.  I decided it would be a good day to give blood/urine for my scheduled doctor's appointment next week.  So I accomplished being twisted like a pretzel and giving bodily fluids today.
