and running out of time.Some players even gave up cause to hard.

Well i have an easy answer for ps4 players.

start the mission that shows where the 10 vehicles locations is.Just wait for the time to run out in the mission.Then before starting again,go collect bomb vehicles and store them on the wharf,then go start mission and your bomb vehicles will still be on wharf,but armed.just drive the 10 into water.I completed the whole 10 cars in 3 minutes.SUCCESS
