Considering the anonymous way of posting on that site, I'm going to hazard a guess (let's not get TOO CRAZY here) that that image was made by one aspie and floated the image around. That in no way reflects /v/. And yes, we're speaking of a specific board here. People tend to lump /b/'s random board and 4chan together as if 4chan is your one stop shop for vile images and that's it.
