Hi my name is Tim and I just wanted you all to know that we Tims are the guardians of Happiness Times. We are mysterious creatures that live on the Isle of Tims. Born from the happiness felt by inhabitants of the real world. There are Tims of all colors and personalities and we will help you on your adventure by using our unique quirks. When the hearts of the inhabitants of the real world lean towards positivity, more and more Tims are born. If people's hearts lean toward negativity there will be fewer Tims.
-Everyone started with 15 bananas (points). You earn 1 point for every Golden Banana you collect in the game. You pass the controller when you collect a Golden Banana, die or fail a challenge room.
-At the start of each episode they can purchase items from the shop by spending their current points. The items are:
1. Banana Trippler: you now earn 3 points per Golden Banana.
2. Barrel Roll: play until you die.
3. Banana Peel: skip someone's turn or cancel their item.
4. Sponsor a Kong: if any player gets a Golden Banana as the Kong you're sponsoring you get a point.
5. Sponsor Trippler: if your sponsored Kong gets a Golden Banana you get 3 points
6. Banana Burglar: Steal an item from another player.
7. Mystery Banana: Choose one of the Mystery Bananas. 1 in 3 chance to profit.
-When certain collectibles are picked up the player spins a wheel that has a bunch of desirable (+5 points, free shop items...) and undesirable (lose points, mostly) results.
-The game is over when they collect every Golden Banana OR 3 out of 4 special items are purchased. They cost 150 points each. What they are isn't important.
Dan is just gonna keep pronouncing it Freetza at this point
He and Vinny went back and forth on the pronunciation on This Is The Run, I think. Dan insists it's definitely pronounced "Freetza." Like Forza. I think this is an Epona situation and we're all just gonna have to get over it.
