This is truly the greatest game of this year. Red Dead Redemption was one of the only games this year that gave a truly individual story that wasn't dependent on any previous games before it. Although, it is technically a sequel, it is totally and utterly independent form the first one.

Although I didn't pick this as game of the year, it is still one of the best games of 2010. The fact that Ubisoft added an entire single player campaign to a game that isn't Assassin's Creed III is crazy. But, what is truly mind-blowing, is the fact that UbiSoft added even more stuff to the single player campaign that wasn't even in 2.

I'm a huge Halo: Combat Evolve fan and that was my favorite Halo game, until I played Halo: Reach. This game is fourth on the list and it damn well should be. Halo: Reach brings the entire Halo franchise back to the basics, and Halo: Reach might be the single greatest game in Halo franchise. It is about time that we don't have to put up with the flood or the crappy Prophets spewing their religious mambo jumbo, It's just you and the Covenant and that is how it should be.
