I am super stoked this is actually happening.

Not sure about the overall game speed though. It doesn't seem as intense as the original and I think its because they've gone for a realistic look, instead of a stylized look which IMO would allow your eye to register things quicker.

Also: Ron Galaxy better get on his High Horse and make a fucking windjammers sequel. That is all.

I hope it just means a more modern Quake 3 Arena. I'm ok with a new Quake, Doom and UT :)

It's a shame there's no sappers or tunnelers mechanics to change up the tactics a bit. Basically a stealth bomberman thing where the tunnels and trenches randomly generate with each map and you have to place the charges at the right spot to undermine a fortification.

I'm glad they are maintaining the Battlefront work for at least a little while longer. I really want them to expand the game to more locations and game modes.

As for that concept footage I'm cautiously hyped. I'd love to have another action game like KOTOR or JK2: Jedi Outcast.

I got way too excited before seeing this. I'm getting a dark portal 2 + assassins creed vibe, but maybe there's more to it outside of this "Test Subject" theme.
