Apparently, Tiger Direct's advertisement of 'order today, ships today' on most product is  false. I ordered all the parts for a new computer Sunday night. As of 9:45PM EST Monday night, only 1/2 of the parts had UPS tracking #'s on it. I called Tiger to ask what the deal was, and they said the other items would ship within a couple days. I informed the customer service rep that 'within a couple days' was not what the site advertised and asked if the items could be shipped faster. He replied they could not. He was friendly, but unwilling to budge on the shipment. Maybe I am getting a bit older and becoming more intolerant of b.s., but I told him to cancel my order then and there. He canceled everything except the computer case since that had already shipped from another location, which I told him was fine (it shipped that day, which is all I cared about). The rest of the order (with tracking #'s) was apparently in the warehouse and he claims will not ship.

End of the night, Tiger Direct is out over a grand in revenue due to false advertising. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
