I'm doing both - well, actually, I'm looking out for one game, and that's that Vanillaware game coming out for the Wii whose name I can't spell because I suck. Other than that, all of the games I'm playing are games I picked up in 2008 or have had for a while. For instance, I'm currently playing Odin Sphere...

I think the new trend of avatars and all that shit is unnecessary and pointless. You buy a game console to play GAMES on them, not fiddle around with stupid avatars. If I wanted to have an avatar, I'd go to Gaia Online or something, not boot up a 360. I'd boot up a 360 to play Bioshock.

The Netflix thing is pretty cool if only for the fact that it eliminates the two-to-three-day-wait for a DVD, plus there aren't any waiting lists for data unlike DVDs.

Still, the 360 is a gaming console. The focus should be on the games and the hardware, not extras. It's why the PS3 was the laughingstock of the industry until more than two decent games came out on it.
