I noticed that too, in the first round alone Stang stopped his link and JR just whiffed a huge SRK (mashingggggggg) and Stang punished accordingly. I agree with the whole local match thing tho. "

Hey! Noob SF4 player here! Did you guys see his match against Ed Ma over XBL? Edma was able to pull off an insane FADC link that he started with a jumping fireball. Man, Ed Ma is really relentless even when the situation has him backed into a corner. Ever since I saw that, been trying to pull off that combo consistently in training mode in hopes of one day being able to use it. Hahaha! =D

JR is great, don't get me wrong. He is amazing at landing supers, his empty jump super got me everytime.   But come on, you think a deep jump kick -> crouching jab should get reverse srk'd 9/10 times? I watch a lot of high level play, I don't see that. Do you ever see Ed Ma doing demons while an opponent does crouch jab crouching jab, in the between the two jabs? Hell no! I have no problem losing to good players who play clean, that is how I learn. WestAB and Ultima for example, they have  superb Akuma's and at the same time do not mash. Much respect for them. "

Your moves are nothing, seriously. I can joke about JR's demon methods all I like, but as a player I think he's cool. He will literally burn both meters just to set-up an easier ultra. Just look at him fighting Alex Valle:
